The proposed development comprises of a 3-storey retail podium (3,390sqm), 24-storey commercial tower (29,842sqm) and 31-storey hotel tower (15,779sqm / 212 beds) and includes 5 levels of basement parking.
The project is constrained by Parramatta Light Rail as well as Sydney Metro’s tunnel which runs beneath the main building areas of the site.
Paul is the Development Director, Jano is a Development Manager and Fred a Project Manager taking the development through the DA stage and DA approval only. We are currently working with the Planning Delivery Unit (PDU), City of Parramatta (CoP), TfNSW, PLR and Sydney Metro, Heritage NSW, and the design team to respond to RFIs and queries raised by CoP and various agencies.
