The development includes 4 residential high-rise towers, a 12-storey commercial tower, 3 storey retail podium and commercial podium, a lower ground that includes retail and loading areas and 7 levels of basement.
The project will deliver 1,041 apartments (including affordable housing), 27,000sqm retail space, 22,500sqm commercial space, 120 Childcare facility, and over 4,000 sqm of new public domain areas at ground level.
Paul was the Development Director and Fred the Project Manager on behalf of the client managing the development through the DA process and subsequent conditions of consent with numerous government authorities / stakeholders.
During the DA process we took part in a Design Review process with an independently appointed Design Review Panel (DRP). Working together with the DRP over a period of approx. seven (7) months, we undertook seven (7) DRP workshops, leading to the submission of a revised DA.
The DA was secured in December 2022.
